Quilt PowerPoint Templates – How to get started

Quilt Software has an official PowerPoint template available to all employees. Using this template ensures every presentation is consistent, professional, and on-brand. This article walks you through how to access the template and get started.

How to Access the Template

Desktop App (Mac)

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint on your Mac.
2. Click File → New from Template from the top menu.
3. Under "Office Templates," select the Quilt Software PowerPoint Template.
4. Click Create to open a new pre-branded presentation.

Desktop App (Windows)

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint on your Windows computer.
2. Click File → New.
3. Look for the Quilt Software tab in the template picker and select the Quilt Software PowerPoint Template.
4. Click Create to open a new pre-branded presentation.

Web (PowerPoint Online)

1. Go to office.com and sign in with your Quilt Microsoft 365 account.
2. Open PowerPoint from the app launcher.
3. On the home screen, click the Quilt Software tab under "Create with templates."
4. Select the Quilt Software PowerPoint Template and click Create.

Available Slide Layouts

• Cover Slides — Use as the opening slide of any presentation.
• Section Dividers — Separate major topics with a full-bleed branded slide.
• Content Slides — Standard layouts for text, bullets, and body content.
• Two-Column Layouts — Side-by-side comparisons or split content views.
• Image & Media Slides — Placeholder layouts for photos, screenshots, or video.
• Table Layouts — Structured data, benchmarks, and multi-column comparisons.
• Thank You / Closing — Always use the branded closing slide as the final slide.
